When my kids finally convinced me that they were responsible enough to care for a dog, we decided to look at Dogs for Sale in Winnipeg. We found some at the local Humane Society and looked through all the pictures they had available. As soon as we all saw an older dog’s picture, we knew she was the one for us. Even though we had all intended to get a puppy, we knew that the older dog would have a harder time getting a forever home, and our hearts just melted. We made arrangements to visit her and she loved the kids as much as they loved her just during the initial meeting. We knew that we were going to adopt her into our family within minutes. She has been home with us for a few weeks now and it feels like she has been a member of the family for years instead of such a short time. We are creating memories that are going to last a lifetime, and it is all thanks to a little old mutt who needed us as much as we needed her.
